Career
Mr. Hikmet Fadillioglu is a Partner of DURUKAN+PARTNERS with extensive expertise mainly on corporate and commercial law, M&A, labour law and real estate transactions.
During his career reaching 18 years, he has been heavily involved in conducting due diligence exercises on Turkish companies and share acquisitions involving Turkish companies, the transfer of businesses and shareholdings, establishment and operation of joint stock companies, limited partnerships, branches and liaison offices, as well as corporate governance issues, structuring of shareholders’ relationships among themselves and vis-à-vis the legal entity, insolvency and liquidation.
He has been acting for companies that are world leaders in their sectors in their daily corporate housekeeping including without limitation, drafting of all relevant documentation, board resolutions, and general assembly of shareholders documents, company and branch formations, advising on employment, social security, tax, consumer protection issues. He is also experienced in real estate law where he has advised in high-level landmark land acquisitions and lease agreements, as well as creating in rem rights over real estate.
Mr. Fadillioglu was previously partner of one of the recognised law firms in Turkey, where he worked for over 10 years.
