Ms. Damla Goksel Emiroglu is a Senior Associate of DURUKAN+PARTNERS focusing mostly on litigation matters in all fields of corporate and commercial law.

​She has experience in litigation and execution proceedings especially relating to commercial transactions, contract disputes and employment relationships. 

She has represented clients in disputes arising from, inter alia, sales contracts, real estate matters including lease contracts and construction contracts, insurance matters, service and employment contracts, postponement of bankruptcy, letters of guarantee and voidable transactions. She has been involved in the resolution of disputes both in the settlement and mediation phases as well court and execution proceedings.

Ms. Goksel Emiroglu worked previously in the litigation department of a Turkish law firm for seven years.
