Career

Guy specializes in commercial law, securities law, corporate law, insolvency, debt arrangements and commercial litigation. In the last decade, Adv. Gissin has been involved in complex debt arrangements and dissolution in the Israeli capital market. His personal involvement allowed the setting of significant legal precedents. Adv. Gissin has been appointed by courts and creditors as position holder in many corporations that have become insolvent. Adv. Gissin has been working pro bono as a legal advisor for Young Entrepreneurs (Israel) for over 20 years. He is a lecturer at the Netanya Academic College and a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Business and Community Relations of the Netanya Academic Collage.
