Career

Yael Hershkovitz leads the restructuring practice and handles bondholders’ debt settlements, international restructuring and insolvency cases, finance and M&A transactions.

Yael has been involved in significant public debt settlements in the Israeli market including Cyren, Urbancorp, All Year, B Communications, Brookland, Starwood, IDB, Africa Israel, Elad US Mirland and many other.

Adv. Hershkovitz has authored various articles in professional publications: the article “How to build a Pledge”, The Lawyer, June 2014; the article (co-writer) “The Sinking of the Israeli Floating Charge”, Butterworths Journal of International Banking and Financial Law, Lexis Nexis, September 2014, and more.
