Career

Spyros Sagias is the founder of the Law Firm “Sagias & Partners Law Firm”.

He was appointed as the Secretary of the Greek Ministerial Council from January 2015 to August 2015.

He has served as a legal counsel on structural changes and adjustments of Greek Law to the European, mainly in his capacity as a counsel of various Greek Governments from 1993 till today and has also taken part in important privatization projects of large public enterprises and agencies and served as a counsel for direct foreign investments in Greece.

He has offered International Arbitration Processes Legal Services, in cases such as:

  1. a) Between the National Gas Company (DEPA) and the Contraction companies of its construction projects
  2. b) Between the Hellenic Republic and Hellenic Shipyards SA

He enjoys vast experience in legal issues of the Private and broader Public Sector.
