Ifigenia Vourdouni is a Partner with 20 years of law services experience. Ifigenia Vourdouni has extensive experience in the provision of legal services related to infrastructure projects, port services, projects, investment plans, privatisations and acquisitions.

She was served as Team Coordinator in the privatisation process of Piraeus Port, by the acquisition of the majority shareholding from COSCO HK and Team Leader in the privatisation process of Limassol Port in Cyprus providing legal support to CHINA COSCO SHIPPING. She was also Head of the Team of consulting a foreign company regarding its participation in the tender for the Privatisation of Thessaloniki Port Authority.
