Career

 

Eleni Siouti advises international clients on a broad spectrum of law matters, ranging from cross-border transactions in the EMEA region, corporate law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, maritime law, IP law, finance and public procurement law to legal compliance.

She has been involved in major privatizations and M&A projects in Greece and in EMEA region. She has reviewed agreements for the privatization of state-owned assets (Port of Piraeus, Port of Thessaloniki) and undertook due diligence reviews. She has drafted a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements such as shareholders, sale and purchase, service, loan contracts, distribution agreements and participated in negotiations with multinational corporations and large national companies in the framework of SPAs and privatizations. In particular, she has advised major clients (GDF Suez, Piraeus Port Auhority, Cosco, PIMA Group) on various corporate, company law and legal compliance issues. She also focuses on maritime transactions and marine insurance issues.
