Adv. Itai Farkash serves as a partner in the firm, engaged in the areas of high-tech, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
Itai is highly experienced in providing in-depth ongoing counsel to entrepreneurs and startup companies, in all of their lifecycle activities, from inception, investment rounds, and ongoing day to day advice through to Exit. In addition, he regularly represents angel investors, local and foreign funds, and private equity funds in their investment and mergers and acquisitions activities.
Itai is deeply invested in counseling mature high-tech companies with their day-to-day operations, including distribution relations, licensing, and transactions involving intellectual property, as well as financing and mergers and acquisitions. In recent years Itai has also gained material experience in acting for public companies in Stock-for-Stock Mergers.
