Adv. Ayelet Oscar serves as a partner in the firm, engaged in the fields of mergers and acquisitions private equity and corporate law.
After years of extensive experience in handling complex mergers and providing ongoing counsel and advice to international companies in various commercial fields, Ayelet brings a unique perspective to the firm.
She regularly represents Israel’s most known institutional investors in their investment activity, as well as providing in-depth ongoing counsel to companies, private investors and venture capital funds in acquisition activities, capital raising and financial transactions.
