Career

Agnieszka is an attorney and holds the position of senior associate in CRIDO’s labour law team. For over ten years she has been consulting our Clients, including pharmaceutical, DYI, and logistics organisations, on broadly understood HR law issues. She has extensive experience in layoff consulting, including group and managerial layoffs. Agnieszka has repeatedly supported employers in harassment, discrimination, and personal rights violation cases, both in internal proceedings and in court. She also provides day-to-day consulting in the field of occupational health and safety and represents employers in litigations concerning compensation and damages for workplace accidents. In addition, Agnieszka’s area of expertise covers inspection proceedings before the State Labour Inspectorate or the State Sanitary Inspectorate. In the course of her long-standing practice, she has represented Clients in at least several hundred court cases, including legal and administrative proceedings.
