Career

Mateusz Baran, legal adviser, is a partner responsible for the corporate law practice. He has been with the firm since its inception. He previously worked at CRIDO, where he started his career as an intern. As a Partner Mateusz currently manages a team of over a dozen lawyers advising in the field of corporate law. While working at CRIDO, Mateusz obtained the title of legal advisor and completed many challenging and demanding projects. Mateusz deals with a wide range of matters, with particular emphasis on complex reorganisation processes and M&A transactions. He often cooperates with foreign advisors, efficiently implementing innovative cross-border projects.
