Natalie has over 18 years’ experience advising on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including 5 years in-house where she was listed as one of 30 most notable competition professionals in-house (Women@competition, February 2017).   She has been recognised by clients as being ‘very practical and commercial.’

Natalie is dual qualified in England & Wales and Spain and advises on a broad range of matters including cartels, mergers, joint ventures, distribution issues, behavioural antitrust and competition litigation and across a range of sectors, including financial services, energy, mining and metals, media and consumer goods.  She recently led the team to a successful Phase 2 unconditional clearance before the CMA in the acquisition by the London Stock Exchange Group of Quantile Group Limited and is currently assisting a client in the CMA’s novel case into labour markets in sports broadcasting and production (among other things).

Before joining Euclid Law in September 2019, Natalie spent 5 years working in the competition law team of Lloyds Banking Group, where she advised on a wide range of matters including mergers, market investigations and studies, and antitrust work, as well as gaining valuable experience delivering strategic, commercial advice to internal clients and senior stakeholders. Prior to that, she was in the Antitrust Practice at Clifford Chance where she had a broad and varied practice, advising major international clients.
