Pedro Raposo advises and assists companies with focus on M&A and capital markets operations, defining the strategy and the terms to adopt in acquisitions, as well as capital injection. He has extensive experience in governance and compliance operating models and restructuring corporate groups.
Career
Graduated in Law in 1993 and completed his traineeship in 1995. In the same year started his professional career at the law firm J.P. & M. Cancella, where he remained until 1996. From 1996 to 1998 he performed his activity in his own law office directed towards multinational companies and Small and Medium Sized companies. In October 2011, started the Law Firm “Pedro Raposo & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados, RL”. From 2007 to 2010 held the position of President of Lisbon´s Ethics Council of the Portuguese Bar Association. From February 2011 to 2014 he occupied the position of President of ASAP – Portuguese Law Firms Association. Currently he is President of the Environment and Energy Commission of ICC Portugal (since 2011).
