Sandra focuses on litigation, restructuring and insolvency. Sandra has broad experience in the areas of dispute resolution and corporate restructuring, having worked extensively in following-up legal proceedings, focusing her practice mainly in the areas of civil and administrative disputes in the most varied sectors of activity, especially the monitoring of matters of contractual nature, civil liability, medical negligence and company recovery processes.

In the area of Labour Law, in addition to providing legal advice on a continuous basis to several clients, with the daily monitoring of internal human resources management structures, Sandra also has extensive experience in business restructuring operations from the point of view of human resources.

Actively accompanies all types of labour litigation, including cases of non-judicial nature.

Representing domestic and foreign clients, Sandra has participated in several legal audit and corporate restructuring processes.
