Career

Prof. Dr. Ali Paslı, one of the partners of Gökçe, has been lecturing on commercial law at Istanbul University Faculty of Law since 2000. Prof. Paslı has been acting as an “expert witness” to Turkish and international courts for approximately 20 years. He is the author of Turkey’s first book on “corporate governance”. Ali Paslı is the author of four books on commercial law which have won several awards.
