Position

Niall is a consultant at McDaniels Law advising on all aspects of intellectual property. He advises businesses of all sizes from small businesses to major Plc’s. He has been advising on intellectual property matters since 1992. Niall trained and worked in the City and now consults in the North East. McDaniels Law are now ranked as a tier 1 firm by Chambers and is ranked in the Legal 500, which is an exceptional achievement for a firm of its size. He is a specialist in all aspects of intellectual property law, be it patents, copyright, designs, trade marks, confidential information or branding. The firm’s lawyers are also experts in ownership disputes, be it IP or the business that owns the IP.
