Frédéric Peltier was Deputy Manager at Banque de France from 1987 to 1991, then head of corporate banking activities within the Tax & Legal Department of BNP between 1991 and 1996. He became a lawyer in 1996 and was notably partner at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and Clifford Chance.

Praised for the complexity of the cases he handles, he operates in merger negotiations and equity financing as well as in shareholder, governance, and stock market and financial litigation cases and in white-collar criminal law.
