Position

Søren Ingerslev is co-head of Elmann’s M&A team.

Søren advises primarily on corporate matters, including general company law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), investment and international contracts. Søren advises small and medium-sized Danish and international companies as well as private equity funds and family businesses.

Søren is an experienced Corporate/M&A lawyer about whom clients say “We consider him to be the best M&A transaction advisor in Copenhagen”. Søren adapts his legal skills to the commercial context of his clients providing valuable advice relying not only on his extensive M&A experience, but also on strong negotiation skills and business acumen.

In addition Søren is an experienced non-executive board member serving on the board of directors of several Danish and foreign companies.
