  • Actd as liquidator in the case of bankruptcy of  Danish airline company, Primera Air Scandinavia A/S which had around eight aeroplanes and around 120 employees.
  • Representing Deminor International SCRL including 21 institutional investors in large claims and several international investors as plaintiffs. The lawsuit is filed together with several other law suits against the former management, the auditors etc.
  • Acted as trustee for Arbejdernes Landsbank and AL Finans A/S in a case involving the handling of an ongoing business with more than 35 employees working on more than 10 different construction sites in Denmark.
