Position

George is a Solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Property Department and a member of the specialist Land and Development Division therein. George is a specialist land and development solicitor, and supports the more senior members of the Division in the provision of services to landowners and regional developers.

George acts on matters such as:

  • Development site acquisition
  • Negotiation, drafting, re-negotiation, and exercise of complex development agreements, including overage, join-venture, promotion, consortium, and option agreements.
  • Resolving complex title issues aimed at facilitating development and maximising land values.
  • Development finance

George joined Holmes & Hills in 2022 as a Solicitor.

He has acquired a wealth of experience in commercial property matters having previously worked for a large regional firm in the south of Essex for several years, within their specialist Commercial Property Team.
