Position

Franck was co-opted as partner in July 2019. He is essentially involved in real estate acquisition, promotion, building and negotiation of commercial leases.

Advising on all the legal aspects in relation with acquisition, cession and development (building, housing promotion) in all types of operations (offices, warehouses, malls, hotels, living facilities), Franck also regularly takes actions regarding real estate management and commercial leases.He particularly advises institutional investors, financial corporations, sponsors developers and French and international major users.

Career

Franck joined Fairway as counsel in September 2017. Formerly, Franck was counsel within the DLA Piper France LLP law firm Real Estate team for two years. He began his career in the real estate department of Gide & Loyrette Nouel between 2006 and 2011, before joining the real estate team of Lefèvre Pelletier & associates law office from 2011 to 2015.
