  • Advised Primonial REIM on the transactional and financing aspects of the acquisition of a portfolio of 33 residential facilities for the dependent elderly (EHPAD), the largest EHPAD portfolio transaction of the year.
  • Advised ICG in the off-market acquisition and financing of a portfolio of 26 assets, totalling approximately 100,000sqm of distribution space, fully leased to private and public players.
