Position

Ingela works exclusively with environmental law. A large part of her work consists of representing operators in permit and regulatory matters in accordance with the Environmental Code and the Planning and Building Act, assisting in environmental issues related to commercial transactions, primarily regarding environmental due diligence, and working with authorities in matters that often concern the content, interpretation and application of the legislation, e.g. questions about contaminated areas.

Ingela has a solid background in the field of land and environmental law, and she has a genuine interest in the clients’ operations and the industries in which the clients operate. She is a legal representative in several processes concerning applications for permits for construction and operation of wind power plants, both onshore and offshore, as well as in processes concerning permits for mining operations and the use of soil masses for construction purposes.

Ingela Sundelin is often hired as a lecturer in environmental law. She is also a member of the Swedish Association for Environmental Law.
