Position

Helen is a Legal Director within HCR’s Corporate Team. Helen heads up the BRICS team and is a qualified chartered company secretary.

 

Career

Helen joined HCR in 2012. She is the due diligence manager for the firm producing and co-ordinating due diligence reporting for clients. Helen conducts full reviews of company records and advises on issues affecting businesses and companies.

Helen also provides training sessions and guidance to the junior lawyers in the corporate department.

Helen is a Deputy Money Laundering Officer for HCR and is the Chair of the Smart Practice Team.

Memberships

Helen is a Governor of the West Midlands Ambulance Service.

Education

Helen qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary and Fellow of ICSA on 13 June 2018 and is the Chair of the West Midlands Branch of the Chartered Governance Institute.

Helen was called to the Bar in 2006 as a non-practising barrister and cross-qualified as a solicitor in 2011.
