Career

Pam is a highly experienced employment and business immigration lawyer.

Pam advises UK and international businesses transferring workers, senior managers and business owners to the UK on all immigration routes and employment law issues arising.

Upon joining the firm in 2013, Pam set up a team of lawyers specialising in employment law acting principally for employers, owner managers and senior executives. Pam provides clear and pragmatic advice to clients and provides bespoke solutions.

Specialist areas include: UK sponsorship; global business mobility; international secondments; skilled workers; senior/specialist workers; UK expansion workers; business visitors; innovator visas; EU-specific visa routes; graduate visas; High Potential Individuals; Global Talent visas; employment contracts; all matters to do with onboarding and management of employees into the UK; international employment law; right to work & illegal working issues. Pam acts for UK based clients, as well as those headquartered overseas including Europe and the US.

Pam trained and spent most of her career at top 20 UK law firms, and set up the employment/immigration specialism at Wilkes. She is a regular speaker on employment and immigration topics.
