Roberto Oliva joined Pavia e Ansaldo in 2008 and became partner in 2022.

Admitted to the Bar, Milan (Italy), 2009.

Admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts, 2022.

Roberto Oliva assists Italian and foreign clients in complex disputes before Italian State Courts and arbitral tribunals seated in Italy and overseas.  Moreover, he is routinely appointed as an arbitrator, either by the parties or leading arbitral institutions.
