Henna Pajulammi specializes in dispute resolution and white-collar criminal cases. She has extensive experience in various forms of trials and has assisted, inter alia, in liability litigation, commercial disputes and trials related to business secrets and white-collar crime.

Typically Pajulammi advises clients in large scale litigation, negotiations and compliance related matters. She has advised clients in matters relating to investments, energy production, delivery contracts, trade secrets, tax fraud and environmental crime.

Previously Pajulammi has worked as a Senior Associate in one of the leading law firms in Finland and has worked as a visiting Fulbright scholar in the UCLA Law School in California. She has defended successfully her PhD (LL.D.) thesis in 2014.
