Ruben Pescara is a real estate specialist, and he assists professional investors – both Italian and international – with their acquisitions and dismissals (both as asset- and share-deals), structuring their projects, also in the context of joint-ventures (including the setting-up or the acquisition of their corporate vehicles), and managing their assets and portfolios (drafting and negotiating asset, property, and facility-management agreements, construction agreements, lease agreements, agency agreements).

Since 2015, Ruben Pescara has been a founding partner of Nunziante Magrone and have headed its Real Estate team, that operates in the different sectors of the property market, including offices, residential properties, hotels, high-street stores, shopping malls and retail parks, and it advises clients with their transactions and in their everyday management activities.
