Career

Lasha Nodia is the founder and the managing partner of Nodia, Urumashvili and Partners since 2005. Prior to founding the firm, he served as a counsel and a head of the legal department at JSC Bank Republic (1996-2005). Lasha Nodia has also served as a member of auditing committee of Georgian Young Lawyers Association (1999-2001) and in the same period he was giving lectures to the group of young lawyers in Commercial Law. Lasha is one of the authors of legislative amendments to the arbitration law of Georgia, that entered into force in 2015. Furthermore, Lasha has been actively engaged in the drafting and enactment of the Commercial Mediation law of Georgia
