Managing Partner, and Partner, Real Estate – Commercial Property. Steve advises on all aspects of high-value and complex commercial property and corporate finance transactions. He also enjoys an exceptional reputation in strategic land disposals and has extensive experience of the opportunities and challenges that can arise during deals, particularly when multiple parties are involved.
His portfolio of clients is drawn from a wide range of industries and sectors, with niche expertise in healthcare. Benefiting from close contacts throughout the local and national property sector, brings extensive advantage to Steve’s clients.
As one of the founding partners of SA Law, Steve is a business owner and has first-hand insight into commercial imperatives and the need for practical and straightforward advice that demystifies the law for strategic leaders.
