Career
Denys has deep focus on litigation, recognition and enforcement of court judgments and asset discovery. He focuses on advising banks and other financial institutions, accompanying clients in complex disputes in the banking and finance sector. He has an extensive experience in conducting investigation and asset recovery projects. He also specializes in debt recovery through asset pledge enforcement on behalf of our clients. His clients hail from a variety of different sectors, including manufacturing, energy, natural resources, infrastructure and agribusiness sectors.
Denys regularly represents Ukrainian and foreign clients in civil, commercial and administrative cases as well as in bankruptcy cases. Denys has recently been involved in projects relating to sports law. Among his clients: FUIB, AVK Confectionery, Holleman Ukraine, Scatec Solar Solutions Ukraine etc.
