Career

Yuliya has almost 20 years of experience. She specialises in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution, international arbitration, corporate and commercial law. Her litigation practice focuses on representation of clients in banking & finance, retail, real estate and other sectors.

Yuliya successfully represents multinational companies in international and domestic commercial arbitration, as well as litigation on the enforcement of arbitral awards. Working in collaboration with leading law firms in Europe and the U.K., she is able to provide legal support in arbitration disputes at all key arbitration institutions both globally and regionally.

In 2022 and 2023 Yuliya was recognized as a Next Generation Partner in Dispute Resolution by the Legal 500 EMEA.

Early in 2022 Yuliya was elected to the Board of International Law Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association.

In 2023 she was included into the list of 100 best lawyers of Ukraine (according to the annual rating by “Yurydychna Gazeta”.
