Emilie Renaud has developed a reputed expertise in tax structuring, and more particularly in transactional taxation in the context of sales, acquisitions, refinancing and corporate restructuring operations.

Emilie advises French and foreign groups, managers and entrepreneurs, and has worked for many years in the private equity and M&A environment. She also represents her clients in their tax audits and litigation.

Emilie Renaud holds a postgraduate degree in tax law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University (2005) and a master’s degree in international law and management from HEC and ESCP (2005-2007).
