• He was a lawyer at the Employment Department in the law firm Gide & Loef until joining Clifford Chance in June 1999 where he took responsibility for the labour department, as counsel, until September 2010.
• At present, he is a partner at AUGUSTA ABOGADOS.
• Recommended as leading practitioner in employment law by Legal 500 and Chambers Europe, among other.
