Career

He joined the Law Firm in 2010. From 1998 to 2000 he worked for Studio Legale Imperiali, specialized in technology law, and from 2000 to 2010 for Traverso & Associati, an international law firm where he was in charge of M&A transactions and litigation proceedings. There he become partner in 2007.

He specializes both in litigation and ADR and in non-contentious assistance in favour of clients operating in various business areas, ranging from the traditional industry, such as engine constructions for the production of energy from renewable sources and oil distribution, to more advanced markets such as electronic commerce and couponing, loyalty programs, advertisement. He has wide expertise in all areas of company law, business contracts, consumer relations and personal data protection.
He has advised in a number of litigation and arbitration procedures concerning corporate bodies and auditors’ liability as well as unfair competition and international contracts. With respect to company and consumer relations, he takes part in litigation proceedings with consumer associations and procedures before the AGCM for unfair competition cases. He finally assists national and international companies with general company issues and M&A transactions.

He has also been Solicitor of England and Wales since 2004.
