Career

Luciano is a partner at LCA Studio Legale. He has 20 years of experience in advising clients in litigation and arbitration cases in civil, commercial and bankruptcy matters. He has been involved in large national disputes, assisting Italian and international firms, and he has often been appointed arbitrator by colleagues and institutional bodies. Luciano also has wide experience in civil and professional liability and post-closing claims. He is an adjunct professor of financial market law at the University of Turin and he is the author of a number of publications in the field of civil and procedural Law. He is also co-author of Commentario Pratico al Regolamento della Camera Arbitrale di Milano.

Before becoming a partner of LCA in 2018, Luciano had been a partner of SeAS – Sanzo e Associati and, prior to this, had been the founding partner of the Mariconda e Associati Law Firm, together with Attorney Vincenzo Mariconda. Before this, he had practiced law at the Gramellini Leonelli Law Firm, and, earlier, he had even worked in the legal department of Banque Safdié (formerly known as Multi-Commercial Bank) in Geneva.

Personal

Luciano Castelli was educated at the Istituto Gonzaga di Milano dei Fratelli delle Scuole Cristiane. There he commenced his studies in 1981, graduating from the Liceo Scientifico (i.e., High School). While he attended the Istituto Gonzaga, he also had the opportunity to become involved in voluntary work for several years through the coordination of the activities of the Aquilone Association, both in Milan and Haiti, where he was sent on a mission in 1993.
