Emil Spurr Madsen advises real estate investors on Real Estate M&A, real estate development, commercial lease contracts and general asset management.

Emil has experience with dispute resolution and litigation, and he regularly acts as appointed counsellor for witnesses in public investigation commissions.
In addition, Emil is experienced from corporate M&A, corporate law and commercial matters, such as ownership structures, shareholders’ agreements and other commercial contracts.

Emil has an eye for balancing the interests of several stakeholders, and he strives to provide simple, practical and effective solutions which are sustainable in both the short and the long term.
