  • Advised FTSE 100 company, G4S plc, on all EU and Danish ECM matters relating to the successful public takeover bid of approx. £5.4bn from Allied as well as subsequent delisting from Nasdaq Main Market and settlement hereof.
  • Advised a syndicate of international banks with a €3.4bn refinancing of Danish telecoms infrastructure provider TDC NET A/S following its de-merger from TDC Group.
