Career

Bo Christensen is specialised in insolvency law and restructuring and advises companies and creditors in connection with restructuring and insolvency proceedings as well as general commercial and finance law.

Bo advises Danish and international clients on all aspects of insolvency law, turnaround, restructuring and non-performing loans and investments, for example refinancing, funding, creditor agreements, reorganisation and matters pertaining to company law and general commercial law. He also advises sound companies with a need to develop, adapt or scale their business through investments, credit-raising, acquisition or sale.

In addition, Bo  is also experienced within M&A, in particular purchase and sale of distressed companies, and in this connection he has conducted several restructuring proceedings and reorganisation of distressed companies, including by way of business transfers within and outside judicial restructuring and bankruptcy.

Further, Bo has several years’ experience administering major bankruptcy estates and restructuring proceedings, and acts as trustee and restructuring administrator appointed by the bankruptcy court, including as member of the panel of lawyers appointed by the Danish Debt Collection Agency.

In addition to being a lecturer at Horten’s and clients’ seminars, Bo is also a lecturer at the Association of Danish Law Firms.
