As an attorney-at-law and senior associate with the firm’s Dispute Resolution & Risk Management, and Competition & Regulatory teams, Ieva Rimavičienė’ primary focus is Shareholders’ and Corporate disputes. She has significant experience in arbitration and criminal law.
Wide ranging experience in disputes. Ieva has considerable experience successfully advising local and international clients in a wide range of disputes in both court and arbitration proceedings, as well as negotiations and the pre-trial stage.
Landmark cases. One of the most significant projects Ieva has been involved in is an ongoing dispute where she represents both Lithuanian and foreign clients against one of the largest retail chains in Lithuania. The dispute value amounts to almost EUR 300 million.
