As a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A team, Natālija Šestakova’ professional focus is on mergers and acquisitions. In addition, a notable background in corporate and real estate practice areas enables her to assist clients in a wide variety of matters. Participating in complex transactions gives to Natālija special enjoyment, and she is always ready to go the extra mile to achieve the best result for the client.
Complex transactions. Over the years Natālija has been involved in complex transactions, including durable deals with cross-border elements. Even if this may require huge amounts of energy at times, this is what allows her to retain a sparkle and excitement about her work.
Serving food, agriculture and forestry clients. As head of the firm’s Industrials and Trade and Consumer Goods sector groups in Latvia, Natālija has a profound knowledge of the business issues facing clients in the sector. This means staying tuned in to a large number of business matters, as the sector consists of several pillars and includes a great variety of clients.
Next-generation lawyers. Natālija Šestakova strongly believes that younger colleagues are our future; hence the need to invest in them and their environment. In turn, this made her choose to co-head a team of our youngest colleagues in Latvia, consisting of trainees and legal assistants, to help them develop and grow in firm.
