Itzhak Narkiss is the managing partner at M. Firon & Co., leading the commercial real estate practice. Likewise, he is responsible for the activity of the Firon Bar-Nir Firm (Europe), on behalf of the partnership. Itzhak is one of Israel’s top real estate attorneys, with over three decades of experience at the forefront of this field in Israel. Over the years, he has provided legal advice on real estate projects and planning procedures, valued at billions of shekels. He serves as a legal counsel for prominent construction companies with large-scale real estate activity in Israel and Europe. Itzhak is consistently acclaimed by some of the most senior legal rankings around the world, who commend his professional expertise and client service. Itzhak specializes in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, property development, real estate taxation, as well as planning and zoning.
