Aleš Rojs has been a founding and managing partner since 1989, advising clients on major privatisation projects and M&A transactions, restructuring projects and acting as a bankruptcy administrator. He has worked on all major M&A projects in Slovenia for more than 20 years and has offered invaluable experience and insightful knowledge on the Slovenian market and European law. He is particularly recognised by clients and peers for his strong drive to bring every deal to completion. Some of his work to be highlighted, includes advising the largest company in the SEE region on acquisition of Slovenia-based retailer, a foreign industrial metallurgical company on the privatization and acquisition process of Slovene steelworks, international media company on its joint venture with a telecommunication company and representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings with a value exceeding EUR 1 billion.
