Bojan joined (the then) Colja, Rojs & Partnerji in 2007 after his traineeship at Linklaters and court articling at High Court in Ljubljana. His fields of expertise include M&A and banking and finance transactions, in which he regularly assists foreign and domestic institutions on banking rules and financial regulations.

His M&A work includes advising Agrokor with respect to acquisition of Mercator, the largest Slovenian retailer, Bank of America with respect to acquisition of Elan and several other high note M&A transactions. His recent banking work concerned innovative work in bank & leasing companies’ originated securitizations (synthetic and traditional), structured finance deals, security enforcement and various advice on insolvency issues, acquisition financing and bankruptcy remoteness to banks. His list of clients includes HETA, NKBM (second largest Slovenian bank), Bloomberg, Societe Generale, Moneygram, Kimberly Clark, Agrokor (Fortenova) and Goodyear.
