An experienced property lawyer, well known for a straightforward and practical approach to complex issues – and delivering results.
Kelly leads the Cambridge arm of our Commercial Property team. Focused and responsive, Kelly has experience in a wide range of property elements from managing property portfolios to lease acquisitions, licensing premises under the Licensing Act 2003 and more recently advising on academy conversions.
Kelly has particular expertise and a passion for dealing with all landlord and tenant issues and those demanding matters that arise from being involved in the day to day management of leased premises.
