Astrid Mignon Colombet joined August Debouzy as a partner in the Litigation, White-collar Crime and Arbitration department in 2019. She previously was a partner at Soulez Larivière, which she joined in 2004.

As a renowned lawyer in white-collar crime, complex criminal litigation and crisis management, she has taken part in the defense of companies and executives in a large number of landmark cases, including the Concorde crash, the Erika oil spill, the explosion of a chemical powerplant in Toulouse (AZF) and the judicial public interest agreement of the Société Générale. She handled a large number of international cases in highly specialized areas.

Astrid defends companies and executives accused of corruption of foreign public officials, misuse of corporate assets, fraud, tax fraud laundering, manslaughter and involuntary injuries. She assists them on sensitive aspects of transnational defense such as the application of blocking statutes, the non bis in idem principle and internal investigation issues, as well as on international regulations, industrial risk assessments and anti-corruption compliance programs.
