Esme advises local and international clients in relation to property, construction and immigration law matters, as well as commercial law.
Since 1998, Esme has dealt with and gained considerable knowledge and experience in all matters relating to immovable property law, immigration law, commercial, corporate law and shipping, as well as international trade. In addition to Cypriot and foreign corporations, her client list includes individuals from all over the globe.
She is recognized for her specialist experience in Real Estate Law, a field in which she has specialized for over 16 years, acting for European and Non European clients. She advises clients in Real Estate matters and focuses on conveyancing work –the purchase, as well as, sale of property. Besides assisting clients in drafting their Cypriot wills, Esme represents them in their disputes with Developers whilst undertaking the procedural tasks required towards obtaining their title deeds.
She has an in depth knowledge of Cyprus Immigration law. She acts as a consultant in property investments in the Republic of Cyprus and in Immigration law to a number of International firms and foreign lawyers. She deals with all aspects of immigration including the new fast track procedure for obtaining residence permits in the Republic of Cyprus through investment in property and provides assistance to Foreign Investors seeking to apply for Cypriot citizenship via the Cyprus Investment Programme.
