Position
Partner and head of commercial litigation specialising in landlord and tenant, property, insolvency, contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes and debt recovery. Michael has undertaken cases in the County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, LVT (now FTT), Lands Tribunal (now STT) and most recently in the Supreme Court where is succeeded in obtaining judgment in the client favour in the much publicised case of Daejan v Benson & Others.
Michael was appointed a partner on 29 November 2013 and an Equity Partner in February 2017.
