Position

Paola Menicati specialises in corporate law and M&A, with particular focus on extraordinary transactions, mergers and acquisitions of both listed and non-listed companies, purchases and transfers of shareholdings and businesses, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She also advises on matters of both civil and commercial general advice, particularly with regard to the drafting, negotiation and execution of shareholders’ agreements, voting syndicates as well as various contracts and commercial agreements. She also has extensive experience in antitrust regulations, publishing law and the legal framework on radio and television frequencies. Paola Menicati has advised both Italian and foreign companies and corporate groups in various extraordinary transactions and all matters of contract law, including the structuring, negotiation, execution and the subsequent management of such contracts.

She graduated with full marks from the Università degli Studi di Milano in 1990 and, in the same year, completed a postgraduate diploma in a specialization course in Finance titled “La libre circulation del capitaux et des services financiaers dans la C.E.E.”, from the Institut Universitaire International in Luxemburg.
