Partner in charge of the firm’s Commercial Contracts area. He joined the Firm in 1999 and was named Partner in 2008.

He specialises in advising on commercial matters, including contractual negotiations and commercial disputes, as well as on unfair competition, consumer and user protection, consumer affairs, advertising, enforcement of food chain and retail regulations, protection of the intangible assets of companies (industrial property, intellectual property, business secrets, protection of the right to honour) and data protection. He also has extensive experience in arbitration and judicial proceedings in his area of specialisation, including civil litigation aimed at obtaining compensation for damages arising from infringement of competition law.

He has acted in matters relating to a wide range of economic sectors, including the energy, technology, industrial, financial, telecommunications, food and consumer and hotel sectors, both for industrial clients and financial institutions.
